Dr. Amiji’s Updates

In this research, we introduce an innovative Orally Delivered (OrD) LNP Platform, versatile in it’s capability of delivering both siRNA and mRNA. This work explores systematic formulation development that leads to stabilized OrD LNP in gastrointestinal media and shows strong effectiveness in gene knockdown and protein expression, paving the way for the creation of more accessible treatments for patients. This work promises to dawn of a new era of extra-hepatic LNP delivery!
